The Sacramento Deltas topped the Long Beach Oilers, 4-2, in Humboldt action at Devils Ballpark. The game was highlighted by the performance of Sacramento pitcher Yub Issa. The third-place Deltas improved to 49-43.

Álex Heredia hit a solo home run off Carlos Sánchez in the bottom of the fourth, which put the Deltas ahead, 3-2. In addition to the homer, Heredia had 1 double, while going 2 for 3.

"Yub gave us a really strong effort," said Sacramento manager Jason Doyle.
