Possible way to do a PEBA data base

Is there anyone smart enough to do a PEBA database for league leaders. I know we have one but I think one like the one here C:\CDROMBB\HTML\1969AL\WebBuilder\index.html would be a lot better. This database is from my 1969 replay season and was wondering if we could try to set up the league leaders in a format like this. if not that is fine, i just thought it would be preety neat

(Looks like that example is located on your hard-drive. Do you know of any examples that are on-line?)
