Excited to land Tom Patton through free agency. Less excited about the loss of a 1st round pick. Hoping Mr. Patton does not turn out like Pedro Ferringo.

Thought about eating Andy Sharp's $28 million contract at end of 2032 season but kept him for fan interest reasons.
Signing Elliott and Gonzales got us back up to 100 fan interest so when Honma signed, FI had no place to go.
"Average attendance per game projection" went up 2000 when Honma signed though so "Smokey" is happy.
2000 x $30 ticket x 81 home games = $4.86 million. That does not include all the Hamm's they will consume at the ball park.
A beer is a beer until you've tasted Hamm's
