As Brian noted, Tempe is going for a new stadium rebuild.
- the 300 CP were spent for the partial pay-off of the stadium build: 100 CP for the rebuild and 200 CP to offset $20M in cost. Tempe has also chosen to use $15M in cash on-hand to reduce the cost further.
- Tempe's Market Size, Loyalty and FI will be adjusted after the 2032 season, to take advantage of increased ticket sales from this move (as one might expect).
- Tempe carries a $15M PEBA Construction Loan as part of the process, with the following expected Winter Meeting payouts: $5.25M in 2032, $5.15M in 2033 and $5.05M in 2034. Tempe reserves the right to payoff the loan sooner, should cash be available.
