A two out rbi double by Suarez in the bottom of the third cut the deficit to 2-1. An rbi groundout by Lopez in the bottom of the 4th ties the game at 2. An rbi single by Fa in the 5th puts RGV in front 3-2. An rbi groundout by Becerra makes it 4-2. Jewell hits his 14th HR of the season in the bottom of the 6th, a 3 run shot that makes it 7-2 RGV. A sac fly by Flores in the bottom of the first cuts the deficit to 3-1. A two out rbi double by Cordova in the bottom of the 4th cuts the deficit to 1, it's 3-2 Gotham. Chen follows with an rbi single that ties the game at 3. Brousse leads off the bottom of the 5th with his 14th HR of the season and RGV leads 4-3.

With one out and a runner at 2nd, Patterson makes his first appearance for RGV, in relief of Becker. With one out and a runner at third in the topof the 8th, Gonzales relieves Patterson. With one out in the 9th, Schurman relieves Gonzales. He gives up a base hit, and Sanchez comes on in relief.

Jones, 13-4 3.49, starts for RGV. Devonald, 15-9 3.23, starts for Garden State. SS Caldwell comes off the DL. Peterson is out of options, so he has to be waived as we try to send him to AAA.

Lopez leads off the third with a triple, and Caldwell singles him home for a 1-0 RGV lead. A two run single by Suarez in the top of the 6th extends the lead to 3-0. Chen hits a 3 run HR a couple of batters later, his 9th HR of the year, and it's 6-0. The lefty Desidrio on in relief.

With the bags loaded and one out in the bottom of the 8th, Gonzales relieves Jones.

Jewell leads off the 9th with a triple. Brock comes on in relief for Garden St. Jewell scores on an rbi groundout by Gonzalez and it is 7-0. An rbi groundout by Chen later in the inning makes it 8-0. A two out two run double by Martinez makes it 10-0.

With one out in the bottom of the 9th, Miller relieves Gonzales. Sanchez triples and Baca singles him home to break up the shutout.

Ortiz follows with his 13th HR of the season, a 2 run shot, and it's 4-0. Pena follows with his 12th HR of the season and it's 5-0. The pitching coach visits the mound for a discussion about Fuller's ancestry. With 2 outs O'Callaghan hits his 6th HR of the season and it's 6-0. With a runner at first and two outs, Patterson relieves Fuller.

An rbi single by Sanchez in the bottom of the third makes it 7-0 Garden State. Baca follows with an rbi single to make it 8-0.

Fa triples home a run in the top of the 4th, but bruises his hand sliding into third and has to leave the game. He will be day to day for a week. Cordova in to play 2b.

Schurman on in relief for RGV in the 5th. With 2 out in the bottom of the 7th, Miller relieves Schurman.

A sac fly by Flores in the top of the first brings home a run for RGV. Brousse singles home a run in the top of the 2nd to make it 2-0. An rbi groundout by Caldwell makes it 3-0.

An rbi single by Vargas in the bottom of the third cuts the lead to 3-1. After a balk, Sanchez singles home a run to cut the lead to 3-2. An rbi groundout by Baca ties the game at 3.

An rbi groundout by Jewell in the top of the 4th puts RGV back in front 4-3. Flores follows with his 17th HR of the season, a 2 run shot, and it's 6-3 RGV.

A two out rbi double by Vargas in the bottom of the 4th cuts the lead to 6-4. Sanchez singles home a run and it's 6-5.

Brousse hits his 15th HR of the season in the bottom of the 7th to extend the lead to 4-1.

Sawyer leads off the top of the 8th with his 2nd HR of the season, cutting the RGV lead to 4-2. With 2 out and a runner at 2nd, Patterson relieves Garcia. An infield hit puts runners at the corners, and Gonzales comes on in relief. Ruan on in relief to start the 9th.

Jackson hits his 7th Hr in the top of the 2nd and the game is tied at 1.

A two out rbi single by Jewell in the bottom of the second puts RGV in front 2-1.

A throwing error by the catcher Garcia allows the tying run to come home for Odessa in the third. A sac fly by Candelaria makes it 3-2 Oilers.

Martinez leads off the bottom of the 4th with a double that extends his hitting streak to 17 games. Sort of amazing since he's a bench player who mostly starts against lefties. A sac fly by Garcia will later plate Martinez with the tying run, it's 3-3.

A wild pitch in the top of the 5th will plate the go ahead run for Odessa, and a two triple by Jackson sends home two more to make it 6-3 Odessa. Fuller on in relief.

Cordova gets tossed arguing balls and strikes in the 6th. He may be facing a suspension. Lewis comes on to pitch for Odessa with one out in the 6th.

After a leadoff walk in the bottom of the 8th, the lefty Valverde relieves Lewis. Card in to pitch the 9th for Odessa.

Garcia has fun with the pitch count in the first inning, walking the bases loaded and striking out the side.

An rbi single by Fa in the bottom of the first gives RGV a 1-0 lead. A sac fly by Flores makes it 2-0. A two out rbi single by Suarez makes it 3-0.

Prieto leads off the 2nd with his 16th HR of the season, cutting the RGV lead to 3-1.

Flores hits his 18th Hr of the season in the bottom of the 3rd to make it 4-1 RGV.

A 2 out rbi double by Pitts in the top of the 5th plates an unearned run, cutting the RGV lead to 4-2.

Flores injures his shoulder running into the wall to catch the final out of the 6th and will miss the next 5 weeks.

With one out in the 7th, Patterson relieves Garcia.

Suarez triple to lead off the bottom of the 7th, and comes home on a Brousse sac fly. 5-2 RGV.

An rbi groundout by Leon in the top of the first gets the Borachos on the board. A two out error by Caldwell allows a 2nd run to come home.

A two out rbi double by Becerra in the bottom of the 6th gets RGV on the board, trailing 2-1.

With 2 outs and a runner at 2nd in the top of the 8th, Ruan relieves Nicoletti. A double by Hancock makes it 3-1.

Shields on to pitch the bottom of the 9th for San Antonio.

Becerra hits his 8th HR of the season in the bottom of the 4th to make it 4-0. LF Parker drops a fly ball that would have been the third out of the inning and Ortiz races home to make it 5-0.

A sac fly by Parker in the top of the 5th cuts the lead to 5-1.

Caldwell walks to leadoff the game, but strains an oblique on a force play at 2nd. He will miss three weeks. Cordova in to play 2b, Fa moves over to SS. An rbi double by Brousse opens the scoring with one out. A sac fly by Chen makes it 2-0. An rbi double by Chen in the 3rd makes it 3-0. An rbi single by Suarez makes it 4-0. A sac fly by Becerra makes it 5-0. Jewell leads off the 4th with his 17th HR and it's 6-0.

With one out and a runner at first in the top of the 6th, Johnson comes on in relief for Sweetwater.

An rbi single by McCorkle in the bottom of the 6th cuts the lead to 6-1. A second run comes home on a double play ground out and it's 6-2. An rbi single by Martin makes it 6-3.

Hodge hits his 7th HR of the season in the bottom of the 3rd, a 3 run shot that puts Sweetwater on top 4-2. An rbi single by Heath in the bottom of the 5th makes it 5-2 Sidewinders. With a runner at 2nd and one out in the bottom of the 6th, Miller relieves Fuller. An rbi double by Pacheco makes it 6-2.

A 2 run double by Chen in the top of the 7th cuts the deficit to 6-4.

Patterson on to pitch for RGV in the bottom of the 7th. With 2 out, Huet hits his 8th Hr of the season, a 2 run shot, and it's 8-4 Sweetwater. With one out in the 8th, Gutierrez relieves Patterson. With runners at the corners and 2 out, Schurman relieves Gutierrez.

With one out and one on in the top of the 5th, Corona relieves Williams for Sweetwater. With 2 out, Jewell triples home 2 runs and it's 5-0 RGV. Brousse singles home Jewell for a 6-0 lead. Two batters later, Cordova singles home a run, 7-0 Ocelots.

Flowers singles home two runs in the bottom of the 5th and cuts the RGV lead to 7-2.

Lopez on to pitch the 6th for Sweetwater. Ortiz leads off the 7th with his 2nd HR of the season, 8-2 RGV.

An rbi groundout by Rodriguez in the bottom of the 8th cuts the lead to 8-3.

With 2 on and one out in the top of the 9th, Soto comes on in relief for Sweetwater. Cordova greets him with his 9th HR of the season, a 3 run shot, and it's 11-3 RGV.

Jewell hits his 18th HR in the bottom of the 5th, cutting the deficit to 2-1. A two out two run single by Chen gives RGV a 3-2 lead. Griffin comes on to pitch for Austin starting the bottom of the 8th. With 2 outs in the bottom of the 8th, Suarez hits his 25th HR, 4-2 RGV.

With one out in the top of the 9th, Sanchez relieves Jones.

A leadoff single in the bottom of the 9th ends the night for Becker. Ruan on in relief. Kent hits a walkoff rbi double to win the game for Detroit.

A two out rbi single by Garcia in the top of the 2nd cuts the deficit to 2-1. An rbi double by Gonzalez ties the game at 2. Jewell singles home Gonzalez and RGV leads 3-2.

Chen sprains his ankle on the same play he guns a runner down at the plate. Chen leaves ans will be day to day for about a week. Lopez comes in to replace Chen.

A two out rbi single by Norman in the bottom of the 5th ties the game at 3.

Garcia hits his 4th HR of the season in the 6th for RGV and the Ocelots lead 4-3.

Bautista hits his 20th HR of the season in the bottom of the 6th, a 2 run shot, and it's 5-4 Mobsters. Gutierrez comes on in relief for the Ocelots.

A two run double by Bacerra in the top of the 7th puts RGV back in front 6-5. Ye comes on in relief for Detroit.

Garcia doubles to lead off the 8th, but tears a back muscle on the slide into second and the Ocelots backup catcher is done for the season. Ortiz on to pinch run. An rbi single by Fa with one out makes it 7-5. A two out rbi single by Bacerra makes it 8-5.

An rbi groundout by Sanchez in the bottom of the 8th cuts the lead to 8-6. With one out and runners at 2nd and 3rd, Patterson relieves Gutierrez. A two run single by the left handed batting Davis whom Patterson was brought in to face ties the game at 8. Fuller comes on in relief.

Aires on to pitch the 11th for Detroit. With 2 out, Suarez hits his 27th HR of the season, a 2 run shot, and RGV leads 10-8.

Sanchez on to pitch the 11th for RGV. A one out rbi triple by Torres cuts the lead to 10-9. 3 batters later, Thompson hits his 3rd HR of the season, a 3 run walk off for a 12-10 Detroit win.

Lopez hits a 2 run HR in the first, his 18th of the year, and RGV jumps on top 2-0. Martinez answers with a 2 run HR in the bottom of the first, his 6th, and the game is tied at 2.

An rbi double by Ortiz in the top of the 2nd puts RGV back in front 3-2. A wild pitch brings home another run, and its 4-2 RGV. An rbi single by Jewell makes it 5-2. Lopez leads off the third with his 19th HR of the season and it's 6-2 RGV. Lefty Matt Anderson on in relief for Detroit.

Munoz leads off the bottom of the 6th with his 2nd HR of the year and the lead is cut to 6-3.

With two out in the 7th, Torres comes on in relief for Detroit.

Norman leads off the bottom of the 7th with his 19th HR and the RGV lead is down to 6-4.

An rbi single by Bacerra in the top of the 8th makes it 7-4. An rbi groundout by Cordova makes it 8-4. A two out rbi double by Martinez makes it 9-4. Sosa on in relief for Detroit.

Ortiz hits a 2 run HR in the bottom of the 2nd, his 5th of the year, 2-0 RGV. An rbi single by Fa extends the lead to 3-0. A sac fly by Becerra makes it 4-0. An rbi double by Suarez makes it 5-0.

Cordova leads off the 6th with a double, but exits the game with a sore groin that will have him questionable for tomorrows game. An rbi single by Hernandez makes it 6-0. O'Herlihy on to pitch for Washington. An rbi single by Olvera makes it 7-0. A double play grounder will send the 8th run home. An rbi single by Lopez makes it 9-0.

Jones goes the distance for the shutout in picking up his 20th win of the season.

An rbi triple by Shaw in the top of the first opens the scoring for Washington. Cartaxo follows with his 17th HR of the season and the Jackals lead 3-0. Garcia has maybe the most unique inning in history, allowing 4 hits, 3 triples and a home run.

An rbi double by Brousse in the bottom of the first cuts the deficit to 3-1. Suarez hits his 28th HR in the bottom of the 4th, a 2 run shot that ties the game at 3.

Schurman comes on to pitch the 7th for RGV. Gutierrez on to pitch the 8th for the Ocelots. Ruan comes in to pitch the 9th. With the bags loaded and 2 out in the 9th, Sanchez relieves Ruan, and proceeds to walk in the go ahead run. Dougherty singles home another to make it 5-3 but the trailing runner was gunned down at the plate to end the inning. 5-3 Washington.

Ballard on to pitch the 9th for Washington.
