Harold Rannom, FAIA, RA, CCM: Well, Julie, not to be pandantic [chortles to self], but your explanation, if true, would only explain why there was no panda kill last night. It does not, however, explain why there was no wolf kill. So in my mind, you're still on the hook. Does anyone else have any information that can either corroborate Julie's story, or provide a different explanation for why there was no wolf kill?

I stand by my vote.

Ivanna: Seeing that the dominos are falling into place, I think it is time to admit that I'm the town doctor. I've been protecting Sam and myself for a while now, each night flip flopping. If Julie is the Panda and Harold is the blocker, this leaves me with one candidate to be our last wolf.

VOTE: Ezra Aferlaus

I'm gonna need Julie or Harold to vote too, considering Ezra won't vote for herself. We are very close, and now that I've revealed my role, we need to get Ezra tonight!

Julia Von Riesal: Ivanna - what reason did you have for protecting Sam? Do you have reason to believe that he is indeed Town?

Harold - I can only account for The Panda's kills - I'm not certain why the scum's night kills have been erratic.

I guess it's possible last night that Sam was targeted twice - Harold blocked me and Ivanna protected him from the other? If I go with that theory, then it would seem to exonerate Sam...

Did you protect Sam last night Ivanna?

Ivanna: No...I protected myself last night, but I can say with pretty fair certainty that Sam is town. If y'all don't believe me, that's fine, but I'll probably be dead tonight and you'll will know why. Why risk another night of this when we can end it all now?

Harold Rannom, FAIA, RA, CCM: Alright, Ivanna, spill it; how do you know that Sam is town? Who did you protect each night - I need details so that I can piece together facts to try to figure out who is lying here. If you feel more comfortable speaking to me in private, that's fine, too.

Julie, the same goes for you. I need book, chapter, and verse on who you killed or attempted to kill each night.

One of these ladies is lying, I'm just not sure which one.

Also, noone has spoken of puzzle pieces in quite some time. Anyone got anything to add there?

I'll say this: it's pretty clear to me that there are two factions here:

Ivanna and Sam on the one hand, and Julie and Ezra on the other.

Far be it from me to be the judge, given my past, but it looks like that's how it's going to be.

Ivanna/Sam: Present your case. All of it.

Julie/Ezra: Same for you. Spill it now.

Julia Von Riesal:

Night One - We didn't have too much to go on but Sarah jumped in for the lynch-securing vote for Rich. The odds of us lynching Town on the first day are pretty high when picking randomly so I found it probable that Scum would jump at the chance to clinch the vote. Perhaps I should have waited for more evidence, but it's no sure thing I make it through the night to use the rest of my bullets.

Night Two - Brett was very defensive about his vote even though no one was accusing him or really even pressing him on it. The tide was turning against Tim but Brett was still being defensive. Going back over the day I was surprised the group didn't press him harder about his voting for Rich day one RIGHT after the vote was already settled AND his eager protests day two despite lack of accusation. I decided to take matters into my own hands again.

Night Three - Sam was the clinching vote for Tim during Day 2 and his vote flip flopping was well documented. With no one else speaking up, I decided that was the best evidence I could go on and decided to use my last bullet on him.

So there you have it - my night actions accounted for with some insight as to why I chose each target.

Ezra Aferlaus:

Well this is an interesting twist: Claims galore!

Let's get this out of the way first: I think I have been as open and explicitly pro-town as anyone possibly could have been. I've been pretty damn effective in driving the town to purge out a bad guy every single day, because that is just what needs to be done. Further, I have been pretty damn accurate. Now I don't have any abilities. I'm just a plain old vanillla townie. But I honestly don't see how I could have played it any more straight forward.

To claim I am against the town is about as ridiculous as things can get in this sort of scenario. Enough so as to be enough for me to question intent, at least IMO.

Also, I am not sure how I got grouped in to a faction. There is clearly somethign going on between Sam and Ivanna though. It's just a matter of whether they are lying.

But I am not going to change my M.O. because someone points at me. The voting matters. Let's break this down, shall we?

The voting records of who is left (green = a productive townie vote, black = neutral, red = anti-town vote):

1. Ezra Aferlaus:
  • Day 1: Voted to lynch Rich Glons before it was decided. He was a Wolf.
Day 2: Voted to lynch Tim Hernbar before it was decided. He was a Townie.
Day 3: Voted for Ivanna Prerosky. Inconclusive.
    Day 4: No vote yet.
2. Harold Rannom
  • Day 1: Voted to lynch Rich Glons before it was decided. He was a Wolf.
Day 2: Did not vote at all.
Day 3: Voted for Ivanna Prerosky. Inconclusive.
Day 4: Voting for Julia Von Riesal
2. Julia Von Riesal
  • Day 1: Voted to lynch Rich Glons after it was already decided. He was a Wolf.
Day 2: Voted to lynch Tim Hernbar before it was decided. He was a Townie.
Day 3: Voted to lynch Marty Canoon before it was decided. He was a Townie.
Day 4: Voting for Sam Riethar
4. Ivanna Prerosky
  • Day 1: Voted to lynch Rich Glons before it was decided. He was a Wolf.
Day 2: Voted to lynch Tim Hernbar before it was decided. He was a Townie.
Day 3: Voted to lynch Marty Canoon before it was decided. He was a Townie.
Day 4: Voting for Ezra Aferlaus
5. Sam Riethar
  • Day 1: Did not vote at all.
Day 2: Voted to lynch Tim Hernbar before it was decided. He was a Townie.
Day 3: Voted to lynch Marty Canoon before it was decided. He was a Townie.
Day 4: Voting for Ezra Aferlaus
Personally, I know that voting to lynch me is scummy. So of everyone left, the scummiest record has been compiled by Sam. As for his gesture today? I think only Mafioso's can make use of those pieces, so it is probably an empty gesture. Throw in the vote flip-flopping during day 2 and you have a decent case. Enough to get my vote anyway.

VOTE: Sam Riethar

I suggest that Ivanna, Julia and Harold do the same. We need another vote! Casting the deciding vote is an excellent chance to prove yourself.

Good luck to everyone tonight. If I get taken out, please remember how key it is to reach out to other townies and to be sure to take out someone every day. Other wise no townies have a shot at coming out of this alive.

"I love pandas," Julia explained.

Image

"See? I even have a stuffed one I
carry with me everywhere I go!"

They all nodded understandingly.

That gave Ivanna an idea and it
wasn't long before she raced
off only to return dressed in a bunny suit.

Image

"Look! I'm a bunny!" she declared.
"Only, I'm not the kind of bunny that
goes around killing people at night."

She gave Julia a crooked glance.

"Oooh!" Ezra cried, then he raced
off into the church.

Image

"I'm Bumblebee Boy!" he cried
upon his return. "I sting the bad
guys and help save the day!
Bum ba bum bumm!"

Sam and Harold looked at each
other as if to question what kind of
crazy people they were involved with.

"Please tell me you've been drinking," Harold said.

Harold Rannom, FAIA, RA, CCM:

Thank heavens no one is wearing a clown costume. Clowns creep me out.

Ezra, one correction to your voting record - I voted late in the day for Sam, so your account of my voting record should read as follows:
Harold Rannom
  • Day 1: Voted to lynch Rich Glons before it was decided. He was a Wolf.
Day 2: Voted for Sam Riethar. Inconclusive.
Day 3: Voted for Ivanna Prerosky. Inconclusive.
Day 4: Voting for Julia Von Riesal
I stand by my vote of Julie, and to be honest, unless someone can convince me that there is better evidence of someone else being a bad guy, I'm not inclined to change it, and if that locks us up so that we get no lynch tonight, then so be it. The best evidence that I have (and you can all believe me or not) is that I blocked Julie last night, and last night was the first time that there was no wolf kill. That's the best evidence I have. Who's with me?

Ezra Aferlaus:

The town needs to rally around a target. I prefer to target Sam, but if two others prefer Julia I could go that way too.

The most important thing is to pick a target. If we pick no one the Mafia/Wolves get one step closer to victory.

Ivanna, Julia and Harold: Who's it going to be?

My vote goes to whichever target (Sam or Julia) that gets a another vote first!

Harold Rannom, FAIA, RA, CCM: Folks, look at the voting results above. Every single one of Julie's votes look scummy. Every. Single. One. The only vote that she cast that didn't lynch a townie was her first vote. AND SHE ONLY CAST THAT VOTE AFTER WE ALREADY HAD THE VOTES TO LYNCH THE WOLF RICH GLONS!!

And the one night that I blocked her, there was no wolf kill.

Its as plain as the nose on her face.
