More good news ... I spent over a week in Portland at a writer's workshop where editors agreed to publish two of my stories in anthologies they are compiling. And even cooler, one of those anthologies will include a story by a "new" writer by the name of Brigid Collins -- who just happens to be my little girl. :)

Now I've got to get my head back into the game here and see if we can get Lupin into the big series!

Ron, did I tell you that I read Singer? Great work from a new novelist whom we're apparently going to be hearing more from soon. ;-D

Glad to hear you liked it. Brigid made quite a splash at the workshop, and had an editor or two quite interested in her. One, for example, used her as an example to other students regarding certain elements of craft. Very cool to see from my point of view. :)

That is pretty amazing....I didn't know any unpublished Frank Herbert stuff was out there! There are very few Sci-Fi novels which can hold my interest, but his Dune series are among them.
