 | BBG Batter of the Month Honors to Kudo Monday, August 1st, 2011: July was an outstanding month for Kuwana center fielder Taro Kudo and it was capped off today with the announcement that he was named the winner of the Bright Blade Group Batter of the Month award. Kudo compiled a .370 batting average and .390 on-base percentage for the month. In 28 games he piled up 44 hits, 10 home runs, 30 RBIs and 21 runs scored. Kudo is presently hitting at a .335 pace with 24 home runs, 62 RBIs and has scored 54 times. |
