Juárez Tags Warriors for 5 Hits Sunday, September 2nd, 2029 It was high-fives all around for Iván Juárez at Doyle Buhl Stadium today. He got them from his teammates and he got them at the plate during an outstanding hitting performance against the Duluth Warriors. Juárez smashed 5 hits in 6 at-bats on his monster day, leading his club to a 9-8 win. "Iván was hitting everything," said Wind Dancers manager Manobu Nagumo. "It really was a special game for him." In the opposing dugout, Warriors manager Kijuro Yoshida told BNN beat writers that Juárez "ambushed" the club. "Obviously we didn't have much success against him, but we'll have another chance," he said. "Hopefully, Juárez oversleeps next time." Iván Juárez grounded out in the 1st, hit an RBI double in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th, hit a two-run double in the 9th and hit an RBI single in the 10th.
