Manchester Comes up Empty Against Ramos Thursday, August 23rd, 2029 Fans at New Frontier Park witnessed the New Orleans Trendsetters blank the Manchester Maulers, 6-0 behind a superb effort by starter Ángel Ramos. The New Orleans right-hander allowed 2 hits in recording the shutout. "Ángel was good today but I don't want to focus too much on a single game," New Orleans manager Kevin Wood said later. "If you're capable of playing at this level, you're capable of having a good game. The real question is if you can learn from that game and repeat it."
