IL Selects Rookie Star of the Month Tuesday, May 1st, 2029 Scott Carpenter's eyes seem to light up whenever he sees the baseball. The young Manchester center fielder has been hitting everything in sight for the better part of a month. In April he was voted the Rookie of the Month Award. During the month he hit .321 with 3 doubles, 1 triple and 6 home runs. Carpenter also scored 14 times and drove in 14 runs. |
