IL's #1 Player, Ramírez of Florida Monday, April 23rd, 2029 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Imperial League, but last week Mario Ramírez of the Florida Featherheads reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Ramírez rocked opposing pitching for a .345 average (10-for-29), 2 home runs and 6 RBIs to come away with the award. This season Ramírez is batting at a .282 clip with 6 home runs and 17 RBIs. |
