West Virginia Trades Barry for Duluth's Takaki Saturday, February 17th, 2029 It's being reported in the West Virginia press that the Alleghenies have traded 29-year-old LF Dewitt Barry and 33-year-old RHP Kyoji Uchiyama to the Duluth Warriors for 31-year-old RHP Takahiro Takaki and 22-year-old minor league 1B Francisco Lucador. However, there is no confirmation by the two ball clubs. For his career Barry has hit at a .247 clip. Among his lifetime numbers are 237 hits, 45 doubles, 11 triples, 37 home runs and 129 RBIs. At 31 years of age, Takaki has put up these numbers in his career: 300 appearances, a 15-19 record in 355.2 innings, and 436 strikeouts. He has 28 saves and a career 2.94 ERA. |
