Dwyer Goes on Rampage Against Longshoremen Friday, September 22nd, 2028 The Aurora Borealis stopped the Canton Longshoremen by a score of 10-8 at Svab Memorial Stadium today, with the lion's share of the credit going to second baseman Derrick Dwyer. The 29-year-old had a career day, collecting 5 hits. "Every batter wants to have a quality at-bat every time he steps up to the plate," Dwyer said later. "He wants to hit the ball hard."
