Reno Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Friday, September 15th, 2028 The Reno Zephyrs will have to play out the season without even the faintest glimmer of hope for a late-season playoff push. The club was mathematically eliminated today from postseason contention. The Zephyrs have missed the playoffs 17 times in their 21 years as a Planetary Extreme Baseball Alliance franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 8th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2019. In the last 10 seasons, the Zephyrs have missed the playoffs 6 times. |
