Florida, Okinawa Confirm Swap Monday, July 31st, 2028 Several Featherheads and Shisa players soon will have to start shopping for a new home. It was announced today that the two teams came to agreement on a trade. Florida will get 32-year-old 3B Michael Manley and Okinawa will pick up 21-year-old minor league RHP Kyung-suk Kim in return. "I'm not surprised by the news," one of the players told reporters, "It's part of the business and I understand that. I am looking forward to playing for the Featherheads." Hitting .343 to date, Manley has 3 home runs and 31 RBIs. He has played in 73 games. |
