Shin Seiki Evas Ship Duffy to Amsterdam Wednesday, June 7th, 2028 Shin Seiki and Amsterdam announced some roster changes today as the Evas acquired 27-year-old RHP Gilberto Gonzáles from the Lions in exchange for 35-year-old LHP Marvin Duffy, 23-year-old minor league LHP Vinnie Bransington, 23-year-old minor league 1B Caden Cross, 20-year-old minor league 3B Lindsay Durrington and a 3rd round draft pick. Representatives from both teams say they are pleased with the deal. His stats sheet for the year shows Duffy has managed to hold opponents to a .233 average in 20 relief appearances, while putting up 0-1 record with 8 strikeouts and no walks in 8.1 innings. He has a 4.32 ERA with no saves. In 26 relief appearances this season Gonzáles has chalked up 13 saves with 12 strikeouts in 21 innings, 1-1 won-lost mark and a 1.29 earned run average. |
