Dreadful Season Sees Playoff Hopes Dashed for Scottish Saturday, September 11th, 2027 Even the most glass-half-full fans have likely already given up on the 2027 season for the Scottish Claymores. The team clinched a rough year today, being mathematically eliminated from postseason contention. Scottish last appeared in the postseason in 2018. This is their 9th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 17 times in their 20-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Claymores have missed the playoffs 8 times. Scottish has won the Planetary Extreme Championship 2 times in their history. |
