IL Selects Rookie Star of the Month Sunday, August 1st, 2027 Walter Winston's eyes seem to light up whenever he sees the baseball. The young Hartford right fielder has been hitting everything in sight for the better part of a month. In July he was voted the Rookie of the Month Award. During the month he hit .319 with 6 doubles, 2 triples and 4 home runs. Winston also scored 10 times and drove in 12 runs. So far this season Winston is batting .262 with 10 home runs. |
