Hansen's Hit Streak Reaches 20 Games Tuesday, July 27th, 2027 Chalk up another one for Arlington Bureaucrats catcher Marvin Hansen. He now has hit in 20 straight games. Hansen went 3-for-4 today's game at New Frontier Park but saw his club defeated 3-1 by the host New Orleans Trendsetters. "Playing on the road always makes it harder to get hits and to get wins," Bureaucrats manager Preston Henley said after the game. "We got one of the two, but unfortunately it was the wrong one." Marvin Hansen singled in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, singled in the 6th and singled in the 8th. In 2027 Hansen has hit at a .286 clip with 78 hits, 7 home runs, 35 RBIs and has scored 27 times. |
