Sandgnats-Bears Trade: Hott for Hall Monday, December 1st, 2025 BNN has learned the Crystal Lake Sandgnats have reportedly worked out a deal with the Bakersfield Bears. Sources close to the Sandgnats indicated that a trade has been reached in principle where 25-year-old RHP Joshua Hall and a 15th round draft pick will be swapped to Crystal Lake with 23-year-old minor league RHP Hideaki Hara, 27-year-old minor league RHP Steve Hott, 21-year-old minor league RHP Rhett Vaughn, a 3rd round draft pick, a 5th round draft pick, a 6th round draft pick and a 8th round draft pick heading to Bakersfield. Neither organization would comment on the report, saying it was club policy not to speak about a trade until it was finalized. In his career Hall has converted 40 saves. In 112 games, he has registered a 5-9 won-lost mark with 117 strikeouts in 114.1 innings and compiled a 2.13 ERA. |
