Wind Dancers Come up Short of Playoffs Wednesday, October 8th, 2025 It wasn't meant to be for the Toyama Wind Dancers this year. Despite a tough battle, they were eliminated from playoff contention today. "It is a bad feeling," said Wind Dancers closer Raśl Cruz. "Once you get into the playoffs, anything can happen. But you've gotta get in there first, and we weren't able to do that." Before this season, the Wind Dancers last missed the playoffs in 2022. In the 18 years they have been a Planetary Extreme Baseball Alliance franchise, they have missed the playoffs 12 times. In the last 10 years, they have missed the playoffs 6 times. |
