Shin Seiki First Baseman July's Top Rookie Friday, August 1st, 2025 José Luna proved to be one of the Sovereign League's preeminent rookies last month, putting up some sensational numbers to take the Rookie of the Month trophy. In July the first baseman for Shin Seiki had a .289 average, stroked 33 hits, 5 home runs, drove in 13 runs and drew 11 walks for a .349 OBP. This season Luna has banged out 109 hits in 386 at-bats for a .282 average with 23 home runs. He is getting on base at a .346 pace and his totals also include 54 RBIs and 62 runs scored. |
