Higman Heads the Rookie Class Tuesday, July 1st, 2025 When you think of rookies, you think of men in their early to mid 20's. Despite the fact that Tom Higman is 30, he made a big splash by putting up solid numbers to win Imperial League Rookie of the Month honors. He told BNN reporters at the press conference, "I'm thrilled beyond words. All I can say is... better late than never." In June, the San Antonio left fielder hit .293 while rapping out 24 hits, 4 home runs, 8 RBIs and 10 runs scored. Higman is batting .239 with 13 home runs and 26 RBIs this season. |
