Underground Walk It Off for 4th Win of Season
The London Underground racked up a win at Pearson Metropolitan Park, bumping off the Scottish Claymores, 3-2. Andrew Bevan, who started for London, pitched effectively for his team. Jorge Ruíz earned the win after being called from the bullpen. The left-hander allowed no runs on no hits in 3.1 innings. He upped his record to 1-0. The loss puts Scottish at 5-2.

The Underground procured the win, in large part because of right fielder Eichiro Nakashima. In the bottom of the tenth, he produced the game-winning run-scoring single.

"I tried to mix it up, keep them off balance," said Bevan.
