The El Ray Vampiros earned a win at Ballpark of Guadelupe, stopping the Guadalupe Frijoles de Dios, 4-2. Starting pitcher António Lima played a big role in his team's success. El Ray now sits in 6th place in the Zona Sur at 12-14.
El Ray used the clutch hitting of Rafael Blanco to capture the win. The left fielder drilled a 2-run double in the top of the ninth inning to give the Vampiros the lead, 4-2. For the game, Blanco had 2 singles and 1 double in 5 at-bats.
