|
Starting pitcher António Salazar took care of business, helping the Leon Zapateros stifle the El Ray Vampiros, 3-1. The win puts Leon at 7-7.
Felipe Hernández, who finished 3rd in the ABSF-MEX AAA in triples with 6 in 2037, helped out the Leon cause in the bottom of the fifth inning with a run-scoring single. For the game, the second baseman was 3-3 with 3 singles.
Hernández told a Leon News reporter that he was "more than satisfied" with the win.
