Palm Springs beat Aurora on the strength of starter Shigochiyo Yamaguchi's fine effort. The right-hander led his team to a win, 4-2. Yamaguchi got the win, improving to 3-1. He allowed 6 hits and walked 1 over 8 innings. Yamaguchi allowed 2 runs. John Vázquez closed the game out for Palm Springs, earning his 4th save.
