The home crowd had a good time watching the Chesapeake Bay Oysters and Clifton Dons get after it.
Clifton Dons starter Miguel Torres was in a groove as he led his team to a win over the Chesapeake Bay Oysters, 7-3. Clifton raised its record to 78-61 with the win.
Gashie Uki hit a bases-clearing double off Jeroen Smit in the bottom of the fourth, which put the Dons in front, 4-1. In addition to the double, Uki had 1 single and 1 walk, while going 2 for 4.
"Our goal is to improve each and every day," Torres told the Clifton Herald.
