London starter Dave Robertson pitched well against the Kentucky Thoroughbreds at Raceway Park. The right-hander led his team to a win, 6-1. London has a record of 7-5.

One of the clutch hits for London came from one of their biggest talents. In the top of the seventh with no one out, Rocky Nichols, who finished 4th in the IL in runs with 123 in 2036, hit a 3-run home run to put the Underground up, 6-0. For the game, the first baseman went 1-5 with a home run. He drove in 4 runs and scored once.

"This level of focus will win us a lot of ballgames," Nichols said after the game.
