Clutch Hitting Delivers Win for Gorillas
Melvin Robertson was a major contributor to the 10-7 Gimpo win over Busan. The Gorillas right fielder went 2-3 with 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice. At 29-43, the Gorillas claim 7th place in the Intercontinental Baseball Coalition Hanguk League.

Robertson had a game-changing home run in the top of the eighth. On a first pitch fastball from Lance Albracht, he banged a 2-run home run to right, giving the Gorillas a 9-7 lead. It was the 3rd home run of the year for Robertson.

Gorillas manager Luis Mora wasn't all too pleased, despite the win, telling reporters that the performance highlighted some clear areas for improvement moving forward. He refused to be more specific, however. "I'm not gonna publicize our weaknesses," he said. "That stuff stays in the clubhouse."
