Gom Saddle Dragons with 7-4 Loss
|
The Gohueng Gom saddled the Daegu Dragons with a loss at Daegu Ballpark. The final score was 7-4. Ryoma Takahashi was 2 for 3, including 1 single and 1 home run. The Gohueng catcher scored 2 runs and drove in 3. Gohueng pitcher Bronson Leseberg got the win. He's now 1-0. Xiong Min was tagged with the loss. Ray Bernard got credit for the save for Gohueng. It was his 1st of the year.
Takahashi had a game-changing home run in the top of the seventh. On a full count cutter from Fraser MacGeechan, he banged a 3-run home run to left, giving the Gom a 7-4 lead. It was the 1st home run of the year for Takahashi.
"We were able to get some things going offensively," said Takahashi.
With the win, Gohueng is 3-1.
