Terrors Win Nail-Biter, 2-1
|
Hamilton Canada got a first-rate effort from pitcher Otte Overgaag, who frustrated Delft hitters en route to a 2-1 Terrors triumph at Terrors Ballpark. Hamilton Canada, at 13-15, sits in third place in the Atlantic League Ontario Division.
Manabu Takaki won the game with a run-scoring walk in the bottom of the 11th. In the contest, the Hamilton Canada shortstop was 1-4 with a walk.
"This place was electric at the end," Overgaag said.
