Rampage Stick Wicked Witches with 7-5 Loss
The Central Florida Wicked Witches and Seton Hall Rampage were greeted by an enthusiastic crowd.

The Seton Hall Rampage topped the Central Florida Wicked Witches, 7-5, in United States Collegiate Baseball Association action at Rampage Stadium. The game was highlighted by the performance of Seton Hall pitcher Ricardo Mendoza. Mendoza got the win, improving to 3-7. He allowed 2 hits and walked 1 over 6 innings. Mendoza allowed 1 run.

In the bottom of the fifth inning, the Rampage grabbed the lead when Dave Morse rapped a two-out double. Seton Hall was trailing 1-0, when Morse hit a 2-run double off Ron Gibb to put his team in front, 2-1.

"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," Morse told the Seton Hall Chronicle.

Today's win puts Seton Hall at 25-31, while Central Florida falls to 21-35.
