I realize it’s a competitive league, but you could also offer some tips on a few of the more arcane aspects of the game. For example, is it better to hire inexperienced or unproven coaches (when all the good ones are gone). How do you navigate the Rule 5 draft? That would helpful - also interesting to hear different philosophies.

You could also do blast from the past segments - memorable teams, players, or moments from past seasons ... the history of the league is quite interesting.

We're planning on recording after the first month of the season to see where teams are trending. We can also discuss our own styles when it comes to hiring and pepper in some other tips as we see them.
