Just wanted to make sure we are clear that the Taku Winds are in Juneau, Ak. Your mailing the other day referred to them being in Hawaii.

I might alter the team name, but will be located in Juneau either way.

Yeah, that was just a typo on my part. I've got you down for the Alaskan League.

I figured it was something like that. But both places can have weird names based on native languages...

Considering naming the team the Juneau Sullivans.

I dunno, I'm liking Taku Winds better myself. Just my personal preference, though.

Me too, actually. I have no idea how much that matters to you. If you don't want/value our input though, what kind of person are you?

Well, I was going to name the Stadium "Sullivan Stadium", in honor of the Sullivan Brothers, but it just isn't as prominent enough if it is just the stadium name of a Minor League team.
If you want the reference to the Sullivans

I think going with Sullivan Stadium and sticking with Taku Winds would work well enough.

As for Unis and colors, I am thinking a uniform with a pollar bear fur collar, tie-dyed (purple) shirts, seal-skin cap, and logo of a muscle bound icicle laying the smack down

Fairbanks is great, but we already have a "Grizzlies" (Bakersfield's AAA affiliate). Can you think of another bear-related nickname to go with?
