Why not play half your home games in Yuma? Your ballplayers might enjoy the annual average rainfall of 3 inches and a wettest baseball month (August) when a half an inch (.49) typically falls. No rainouts in 10 years!
Does the rainout feature actually take the climate of the ballpark's geographic location into account? Or is it just sort of a randomized thing for everyone?

I would assume that it takes into account the geographic location. You would expect a rainouts in the upper Midwest and East Coast every year, but West Coast ballparks often go decades without them. I would have to assume Yuma, Tempe, Palm Springs and Bakersfield would rarely see rainouts, while the likes of New Orleans might find them a little more frequent. From my experience playing solo leagues, it seems rain delays are a lot more frequent for my Texas teams in the months that would normally be wetter down here.

If the league wants to cut me a check for $15M, I see no problems.
You do have $9M in your ball park fund...

I'll loan you $6M, throw in a year's supply of Colorado River Water, and only charge you a first round draft pick for interest.

You know I have to include the PEBA in any press I do for OOTP, right? ;)

Glad you liked the RTR. This next version is simply sick. You guys are going to love it.

Gave me a big lift when I read RTR this morning after rolling out of the Paris to Toulouse overnight train. Just what I needed at 6am, a good piece by the great JR on the PEBA ! Now can't wait to get home to catch up with the Underground lol
