Confirmed. However, can it be done at this time? He is injured with about 2 weeks left. He is still on the 60 day DL, but his DL time has expired. Let me know.

Just pull him off the 60-day DL before you export, then he'll be good to go, since he has less then 30 days left to recover.

Nice pickup for HYA here. I'd say their biggest one so far this off season.
