I'd like to void this deal if at all possible. It is unfair to the rest of the league, I should have put Takeuchi on the block so everyone had a chance to make an offer for him. This decision is completely mine, and no one else's.

The Board has considered this matter. We have received no official notes of protest challenging the integrity of this trade, which the Board does not see as unfair to either party.

Finally: absent a compelling reason, we are not in the practice of voiding a trade that was agreed to in good faith by both parties (and twice in this case). We do not consider a failure to post in the StatsLab trade block that a particular player(s) is on the market a compelling reason to void a trade.

Accordingly, unless Kuwana specifically and clearly requests that the trade be voided, it stands and will be processed during the next sim.
