For those of you who were asking, the SL leads the IL 2-1 in All-Star Games. The SL won 10-3 in '07 and 6-5 in 11 innings in '08. The IL got on the board last year with an 8-3 victory.

The first two hits of the night for the SL come with two outs in the 3rd. Aurora sluggers Quinones and Weaver hit back-to-back singles, and we've got runners at the corners with another Aurora hitter, McDonald, at the plate. Gloucester's Tamasaburo Akiyama (now that's a mouthful!) is coming in to pitch.
