This is Part Six - Team Trainers. An Excel sheet of the data is attached to this post.
SUMMARY
Team Trainers average 60 at each rating. The average team trainer pulls in about $400,000 a year.
Best Bargains
Aurora - Expensive, but quality.
Most Overpaid
Manchester - Exorbitantly expensive, but merely above-average.
Important Qualifications
The "Best Bargains" and "Most Overpaid" awards are given solely based on OOTP personnel ratings, not team performance.
The switch from OOTP 7/8 to 9 brought with it the new personnel contract system, where personnel sign like free agents, instead of through our forum-based waiver system. This has led to an increase in average salary for all personnel. Keep in mind that current personnel were signed under both the old and new systems, and that this will create disparities.

I'll be consolidating the minor-league personnel posts into four posts, one per level. Just a heads-up.

Re: The Personnel Files (Part Six - Team Trainers)
Wow, look at those average numbers... nowhere near the averages for the other roles. Finding a good trainer is tough. Especially since our move to the "Average" injury setting last season, I'd argue this is one of the most important roles to fill with a quality guy. If a good trainer comes available, splurge. It'll set you apart from the crowd much more so than in some other areas.
