Please welcome your new IL President: Tyler Babcock!

#1 Post by John »

Let me start by thanking Paul Tanner of the Planetary Extreme Champion New Orleans Trendsetters for doing such a wonderful job in the role of IL President for the last year. This league would never be running as smoothly as it is without his efforts (and the same goes for Brad of Canton, our fine SL President).

Paul is going to be moving to the great state of Illinois shortly to take on a new job. Obviously this is a busy time in his life. He's decided it would be best if he steps aside as IL President to allow someone with more free time to take the role. Thankfully Paul will remain with us as the GM of the Trendsetters, continuing to taunt the rest of the league with his motto: "Catch us if you can!"

Taking Paul's place as IL President will be Tyler Babcock of West Virginia. You all know Tyler; he's been one of our most active members, helping out in numerous areas even though he didn't have to. A lot of you can thank Tyler for your beautiful minor league art. Now he'll be recognized for his efforts in a more official capacity, and I can't think of anyone better for the job. Congratulations Tyler: you've earned it! ;-D

Illinois is a state? When did that happen? I thought it was just a big cornfield with a traffic jam in the northeast corner.

Congrats Tyler!!

Grats Tyler. Indeed those minor league artwork look stellar. Also thanks to Paul for tackling the IL President role last year. Good luck with your move and new job!

First, I would also like to thank Paul for his service. Second, I would like to thank all of you. Third, I would like to address this:
Any stimulus plans? :-?
I am currently working on a package which would net every IL owner approximately 820 CPs. The package must be approved by John, and I fear a veto.

I would be more worried about an SL filibuster of your plan.
