Paul is going to be moving to the great state of Illinois shortly to take on a new job. Obviously this is a busy time in his life. He's decided it would be best if he steps aside as IL President to allow someone with more free time to take the role. Thankfully Paul will remain with us as the GM of the Trendsetters, continuing to taunt the rest of the league with his motto: "Catch us if you can!"
Taking Paul's place as IL President will be Tyler Babcock of West Virginia. You all know Tyler; he's been one of our most active members, helping out in numerous areas even though he didn't have to. A lot of you can thank Tyler for your beautiful minor league art. Now he'll be recognized for his efforts in a more official capacity, and I can't think of anyone better for the job. Congratulations Tyler: you've earned it!
