Draft start time preferences

I'll be around for most of Saturday's, but will probably have to exit early. I'm also 99% positive I won't be able to make Sunday's, so whatever you guys decide there, is fine with me. :)

It looks like there's enough support for a 12:00 PM ET start on Sunday to make that change. Alright, we'll consider that a done deal. I'll send out an official update on the times when I send out my next mailing.
