It would be great to go back over these analysis in a few seasons. Like all real baseball trades, often what you see on the surface turns out t be much different down the line.

Will the two draft picks and ss-a cf amount to anything? Or did I just give Michael Kelly away?

What about Will George? Hof'er? Or bust? Too far away to know.

Did Tempe get fleeced, or will Thornton blossom into a solid everyday second baseman? Will Bob Keller ever make it past AA? Can Taylor avoid elbow trouble and be a mainstay in the rotation?

I am venturing to say most, if not all, of these trades, will look very different in hindsight.

Even though we fell short against Duluth in 2026 ... and SS in 2027 and 2029 8-o
