NHL's "Replacement Officials/Donut incident" of 1988.

What do you do when a suspended coach (for abusing an official the previous game) gets paperwork from a local judge to over-rule the suspension?! Well, you get a rogue strike of the officials, minutes before an NHL playoff game!

Well ... christ ... now what ?!?

I think a better story would have been if the Devils coach would have taken his punishment like a man instead of feeling entitled to be there despite his childish actions the night before.

Edit: I’m jaded as I’ve witnessed this type of behavior from coaches and parents too often. It’s embarrassing.
