Dominic Maye was a huge disappointment in Reno. Not bad numbers before we signed him but he just couldn't manage to hit a lick with us. He sent us the following message last season:

"While I love playing in Reno, I find that I cannot give it my all if I am playing for a losing team. Please trade me to a contender."

We will remind Mr. Maye that he wished to be traded to a contender, but he failed to identify a contender for what. Yuma is a perpetual contender for record number of losses, and Mr. Maye will be an important contributor in that effort.
