Steve Hott has legendary mental recall. Steve Hott once forgot how to throw a boomerang, but it came back to him.

Hahahhahhahahhahaha this made me laugh out loud at work and two people ran into my office to wonder what was so funny.... they obviously didn't get it.

Steve Hott was born in Cisco, Texas as was Darrel Croft of the group Seals and Croft.

There's actually good reason why you missed it... it all started a little bit before you arrived!
From ep. 5 of the podcast (4 minutes in), when Ken and RJ were chatting about the Bears, which had the lone empty GM seat at the time, and the team's excellent pitching. Everyone looked fantastic .... except Steve Hott, who's stats seemed to stick out like a sore thumb

Ken and RJ then practically started the Steve Hott fan club, and elevated him to PEBA 'meme' status.

Steve Hott's cutter is so slow that he has to come to the park the day before to throw it to ensure it reaches the plate by game day.

It's so good that he emails the umpire the night before to let him know if it was a ball or a strike.
