The Bureaucrats needed several things taken care of. For one, there were a handful of international prospects that needed to be promoted. They were ripe for promotion. This has strengthened our Catcher and Centerfield depth. A new Assistant GM is the current task at hand, and a potential hire has already been found. The Bureaucrats need strong drafting in the future, and this Assistant GM values that very highly. We are currently in the process of making a priority list for the upcoming draft, and have our sights on some prospects we believe will excel. As for the rest of it...we'll find out. I'll hold off on trades until a few in-game weeks have passed. Despite their current numbers, I need to see how the team plays for a few sessions to really analyze whether or not I need to trade.
All in all, it's a promising start.

Solid game plan there!! I've been a firm believer in using the draft - so being prepared is a +++!!!
