Ugh. Here we are again dealing with a file issue. This problem has been made the more difficult because I didn't catch it before I had already overwritten my back-up file. The problem, as has been pointed out, is the alternate universe Kentucky championship that now shows up in our history.

We can fix this if somebody has an original 11/11/26 game file. I no longer do, but if you do, please chime in.

This problem forces another sim stoppage while we see what can be done to repair the damage.

Does it need to be a 11/11 file or could it be the first 11/12 file, before the maitenance sim? I can check my laptop at work on Monday, or someone who hasn’t exported may still have it.

People might want to check the "auto-save" folder in their "PEBA.lg" directory. If you've just recently updated, the old files might be there. Mine are unfortunately from the broken 11/12 sim.

I have the pre-update 11/12 league file (with Duluth winning), if that helps.

That first sim (Monday?) was messed up, so we need to go to the pre-break file...

I don't know if this helps, but I haven't updated my game since last week. If I understood what you were looking for, I might be able to help. But you'll have to explain in non-technical language--we got no technocrats in the mental ward of this hospital!

ADDED: My in-game date is November 12, but Duluth won the playoffs. Does that help?

Looks like both Reg and Bob have the save I was mentioning, the 12th WITH Duluth winning.

l do not mind the slow down as long as things get fixed and we get the gm waiting on his team set up

I am using this re-do opportunity to probe a few guys to see what it would take to extend them. Saving the results as a screenshot for use when we get the file straightened out.

Good idea Kevin. Thanks! I just took pictures of my pending offers so I would not forget the numbers.

And a final word on the contract front...?

Contract Rules, Trades, and getting David in-game are needed ASAP.

The other stuff isn't quite as pressing though assigning people to the roles we discussed should also happen soon. That way we can work on getting the site, reports, etc all updated and on track.

With the recent fire put out, next sim will be Wednesday. We'll process trades in that sim.

I'll have a summary of rules changes put together and posted tomorrow night.
