I saw in another post the international guys were promoted to SS-A. Did these need to happen in any case? Won't that start their Rule 5 clock?

Sadly, the only way to trade guys in the international complex is to have them at least in SS-A. OOTP can't trade players directly from one int'l complex to another.

That's a bummer, but at least 2 of the guys are a little older. Clavell is 20 so would have needed promoted any way and Harun is 19 and probably right around the age cutoff.

I'm a little concerned with Stinton, he's only 17 but he'll have to put his big boy pants on and grow up.
